Second, moire and fog halo
(1) the melt temperature is too low. Should appropriately increase the molding temperature.

Third, the weld marks and flow marks
(1) the melt temperature is too low. Should appropriately increase the molding temperature.

(3) insufficient supply. Should be appropriate to increase the amount of feed or for the larger specifications of the injection molding machine.
(4) holding time is too short. Should be extended as appropriate.

(6) pouring system settings unreasonable. Should improve the flow channel form, the gate should be re-selected openings.
(7) gate and runner obstruction. Should be thoroughly removed.

Four, swirling

Five, dark spots and stripes
(1) mixed with impurities in the raw materials. Should be thoroughly removed.
(2) the melt temperature is too high or too low. Should be properly adjusted.
(3) the temperature distribution of each section of the cylinder is unreasonable. Should be properly adjusted.
(4) injection pressure is too high or too low. Should be properly adjusted.
(5) flow channel and gate section is too small. Improper positioning, flow resistance is too large. Should be appropriate to enlarge the gate and the flow section, check the runner with or without obstruction.
(6) mold exhaust bad. Should be appropriate to increase the rolling pores, improve the mold exhaust performance.
(7) barrel and nozzle local hot spots and stagnation dead ends. Should be repaired stagnation dead ends, eliminate hot spots.
Six, rough surface and poor gloss
(1) the melt temperature is too low. Should appropriately increase the molding temperature.
(2) injection pressure is too low. Celebration should be improved.

(4) insufficient supply. Should be appropriate to increase.
